Strengthening and Up-gradation of roads in Industrial Estates of DD & DNH
Dear all,
Your association is in receipt of order no PWD-II/ASW/RD/2015/809 dated 11/12/2015 from Deputy Secretary (PWD), UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa. The scanned copy of the order is attached herewith.
As you all are aware that, various Industrial Associations of UT of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli had frequently requested to strengthening and Up-gradation of roads in Industrial Estates of DD & DNH. Looking to this it is now decided by the UT Administration to carry out the Strengthening / Up-gradation of roads in Industrial Estates / Units in Daman & DNH through OIDC as a deposit work of Public Works Department subject to the following Term & Conditions:-
1. Fund will be transferred from PWD, DD/DNH, as the case may be, as per approval of individual work.
2. No department charges shall be levied by OIDC for these works.
3. The Dan Patra / Donation letter is required to be furnished by all the Industrial land holders and the land is required to be transferred in the name of Government so far as private Industrial estate is concerned.
4. The Executive Engineer - II (Road), DNH/Executive Engineer - I/II, DD, shall make necessary provision for budget in the Annual Plan with the approval of Competent Authority.
The letter of acceptance of deposit work as per Appendix - 3 of CPWD Manual shall be issued by the Executive Engineer, OIDC as per approval of individual work.
The order attached is issued with approval of Hon.. Administrator vide Dairy No.6822 dated 22.09.2015.
