Refund application DVAT-21 along with all the required documents

Dear all,

Your association is in receipts of circular No.ADM/AC/VAT/Compt/2009/2128 dtd 29.12.2014 from Additional Commissioner, Department of Value Added Tax, Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The scanned copy of the same is attached herewith.

Vide the said circular it is informed that, the Dealer should apply the refund application i.e. DVAT 21 through VAT Soft Dealer Login. After online submission of refund application the dealer should take a print out of the system generated DVAT 21.

Within 15 working days after online submission of DVAT 21 the Dealer shall mandatory submit through its authorized signatory the hard copy of refund application DVAT 21 along with all the mandatory documents as per Annexure I to the concern record keeper of VAT department in person or through authorized signatory.The concern record keeper shall scrutinized the hard copy of refund application then and there in present of the dealer, authorized signatory. The Record Keeper shall, if finds the refund application in order shall issue Acknowledgement slip of acceptance of refund application.

In case if any deficiency of is found by the record keeper the refund application shall be returned then and there with return Acknowledgement slip indicating the reasons for return of application.
