Order regarding Appointment of Nodal Officers for Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Reforms
Dear all,
Your Association SIMA is forwarding Order No. DIC/DD/EODB/2024-25/329 dated 20/01/2026, issued by the UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Office of the Secretary ( Industries ), DNH & DD, Secretariat Daman, Vidyut Bhavan, Kachigam, Daman.
As per the Order, in line with the Government of India's initiative to improve Ease of Doing Business, a task force has been set up under the Cabinet Secretary's chairmanship. As part of Phase II of Compliance Reduction & Deregulation, 23 priority areas have been identified for business reforms in our Union Territory. Dr Surendrakumar Bagde, IAS, will visit the UT of DNH&DD on 27/01/2026 to review progress.
All the Officers in charge shall prepare the Action plan on or before 22nd January 2026, in accordance with the way forward mentioned in the docket which has been shared with them.
