Public Hearing by Honl JERC held on 30th Oct 2017 on the true up 2016-17 filed by DNHPDCL

Your association is forwarding herewith a mail received from Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa on 31st October 2017. As you are aware that Hon’ble JERC had kept a hearing on the Petition of true up on 30th October 2017 at Yatri Niwas, Silvassa.
The important points of the preceding and Consultation paper on issue related to Open Access presented by FIA before Hon’ble Commission are forwarded herewith for your kind information.
And accordingly, the Petition filed by the DNHPDCL regarding 100 crore loss in true up and proposal for addition surcharge of 36 paise on all HT/EHT consumers was loudly objected by FIA.
