Government proposed to ease the norms of industrial pollution
Dear all,
Government proposed to ease the norms of industrial pollution and has proposed to re-categorize Red, Orange, Green and White industries. Not only that the validity of consent of Red, Orange and Green categories shall also enhance. In the move to have Ease of doing Business and to get rid from Inspector Raj. The new norms shall be introduced in industrial pollution norms to give boost to manufacturing sector. The applications for environmental clearance, it will be mandatory for the entrepreneurs to apply for such clearance on online which will lead to transparent disposal of the applications in time bound manner.
