Your association SIMA is pleased to inform you that Enhancing Productivity In CNC Machining: A four-week hands-on training for Trainee Engineers.
IMTMA has successfully completed 11 batches of Finishing School in Production Engineering at Pune since 2015 and trained more than 200 Engineers.
These course aims are as mentioned below:
· Making fresh engineers Industry ready.
·To enhance skill sets of engineers and supervisors from manufacturing industries.
·To deliver with a practically oriented approach with hands-on practice in production CNC machines, CAD/CAM, metrology equipment, cutting tools and accessories. The engineers are trained in latest manufacturing practices with major topics covering Engineering drawing, Limits, Fits & Tolerances, GD&T, Process planning, selection of cutting tools & optimizing machining parameters, CNC Programming, CNC machine operations/ machining in Turning & Machining centres, Metrology, CMM and work holding accessories. Industry visits are organized to give exposure to the live production environment.
Next batch of Finishing School course will be commencing at Pune from 22nd April to 20th May 2019.
