Your association has filed the objection against Draft Notification of Small Factories (Regulation and Conditions of Services) Bill 2014 before Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi.
AS per our earlier email, your association has filed an appeal comments/suggestion on Draft Notification. Some of our colleague industries sent their comments/ suggestion to your association. As per comments/suggestions of colleague industries, our Executive Secretary and Renowned Labour Consultant Shri R.N. Pandey has prepared the objection against Draft Notification of Small Factories (Regulation and Conditions of Services) Bill 2014.
