To file suggestion in respect of the Draft GST Registration Rules and Invoice Rules to CBEC
Dear all,
Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association has forwarded the Draft GST Registration/Invoice Rules which has been circulated by Govt of India and is also available on the website of Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC).
The said draft GST Rules are as under:
1. Draft GST Registration Rules
2. Draft GST Invoice Rules
3. Draft GST Refund Rules
4. Draft formats under GST Invoice Rules
The said Draft Rules are attached herewith. The suggestions on these Draft Rules are to be forwarded by 28th Sept 2016 to CBEC. The GST Council will be considering these rules in its meeting which is scheduled on 30.09.2016.
This is to request you kindly go through these draft rules and communicate your suggestions if any directly to CBEC with a copy to SIMA. Your instant action is requested.
