Stamp Duty on Mortgage Deed is reduced from 1% to 0.25% in Dadra Nagar Haveli

Your association SIMA is pleased to inform you that, Hon’ble Administrator, Daman Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli has issued a Notification No. RD/SR(10)/2013/2493, dated 16/08/2016, by which earlier notification No. ADM/RD/Rate/2007/2671 dated 24/07/2011 has been amended.
Vide the Notification No. RD/SR(10)/2013/2493, dated 16/08/2016, the Stamp Duty on Mortgage Deed in Dadra & Nagar Haveli is reduced from 1% to 0.25% with immediate effect.
