Representation on Agenda Note and Draft Notification in view of merger of UTs..
Dear all Industrial Colleagues,
This is to inform you that The Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, CBIC, GST Policy Wing had forwarded a Agenda Note and Draft Notification in respect of Transition Plan in view of Merger of Union Territories of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
The comments on the same was seek from the different stakeholders and taxpayers before 5th March 2020. Accordingly Federation of Industries Association and your association SIMA requested to Colleague Industries to forward their suggestion and to highlight the various issues which may likely to face by the Taxpayers and Stakeholders in the Agenda Note and the Draft Notification for Transition Plan in view of Merger of U.T of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
The Federation of Industries Association (FIA) on behalf of its constituents three constituent associations, i.e. Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association (SIMA), Silvassa Industries Association (SIA) & Dadra & Nagar Haveli Industries Association (DNHIA), has forwarded its representation by 5th March 2020.
