Reply to applications moved by 66KV and 220KV Consumers on the day of Public Hearing
Dear all,
We are enclosing herewith the scanned copy of the reply, filled by your association SIMA before JERC, in respect of application moved by M/S Alok industries Limited., M/s Reliance Industries Limited and M/S. Sanathan Textiles Pvt. Limited at the time of public hearing by Hon'ble Commission on 8th Jan 2015.
By their applications, they have demanded rebate on the power tariff under the pretext that, they have installed 66 KV and 220 KV Substation & for that they have made a very huge investment and by that distribution loss has reduced.
Your association SIMA has filled this replay to ensure that interest of all the HT consumers, and small consumers are very well protected & no injustice is caused to small industries i.e. MSME sector.
