REGISTRATION AND EXECUTION OF TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT.

Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Circular No. OIDC/2021-2021/548 dated: 19/01/2021 issued by the Omnibus Industrial Development Corporation of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli Limited.
Vide Circular, In view to promote Ease of Doing Business in the U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Sugamta - Scrap Disposal through MSTC e-Auction Portal for the industries was launched by the Hon'ble Administrator, UT of DNH & DD on 15th August 2020.
Till date, around 400 industrial units have signed agreements with OIDC Ltd and MSTC Ltd (a Govt. Of India Enterprise) and have commenced the sale of scrap through e-Auction from MSTC Portal.
So, all the colleague Industries are requested (who have not registered with MSTC ) to sign the Tripartite Agreement with OIDC Ltd and MSTC Ltd for scrap disposal through e-Auction from MSTC Portal latest by 25th January 2021.
All the industries are requested to kindly get in touch with Shri Yatendra Bhargava, Company Secretary, OIDC at 9377850044 for the signing of Agreement.
