Public Hearing on the true-up petition for the year 2016-2017, filed by DNHPDCL
Dear all,
We are in receipt of a letter from Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa regarding Public Hearing. The soft copy of the letter is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
It is informed that, DNH Power Distribution Corporation Ltd has filed a true-up Petition for the year 2016-2017 before Hon’ble JERC, showing a loss of Rs. 100.51 cr and proposes surcharge of 36 paisa per unit on all EHT / HT consumers. Public Hearing of the petition is scheduled on 30th October 2017 probably at 11:00 am at Hotel Yatri Niwas, Naroli Road, Silvassa.
So, there is a need to express views of federation vehemently before Hon’ble JERC on 30th October 2017 at 11:00 am at “Yatri Niwas”. We request to all the members to participate in the public hearing to save their survival.
