Presentation to Administration
Dear all,
This is to inform you all that, your association SIMA in coordination with other associations has submitted a representation to Hon'ble Chairman, Pollution Control Committee, Administration of Dadra & Haveli, Silvassa. The scanned copy of the same is enclosed herewith.
The representation is on subject of disposal of hazardous and non hazardous waste by GEPIL. GEPIL has raised very huge unjustified demand from the industries, who are using the facilities of GEPIL. Against the unjustified demand by GEPIL all the three association jointly represented the issue before appropriate authority.
So you are requested to go through the representation.
