Order regarding imposed restrictions on air travel into the state of Maharashtra.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. DMU/2020/CR. 92/DisM-1, dated 30/11/2021, issued by the Department of Revenue and Forest, Disaster Management, Relief and Rehabilitation, Mantralaya, Mumbai, Government of Maharashtra.
As per the order, the Omnicron variant of the COVID 19 virus has been detected in South Africa and some other countries and has been declared as a variant of concern by the World Health Organisation. GOI has declared some countries as Countries at-risk.
In the wake of the same, in order to restrict the transmission of the said virus variant into the State. State Disaster Management Authority has imposed the following restrictions on air travel into the state with immediate effect.
* The restrictions imposed by the Government of India guidelines dated 28/11/2021 as well as future restrictions if any, shall act as minimum restrictions to be imposed......To view the order, PLEASE CLICK HERE.
