Order regarding containment zones, issued by Silvassa Municipal Council, UT of DNH and DD.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. SMC/CO/EST/COVID- 19/2021/248/1795, dated 06/05/2021, issued by Silvassa Municipal Council, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
As per the Order, to prevent injury to the life and health of residents of Silvassa Municipal Council Area, it is necessary to contain the COVID-19 Corona Virus epidemic. Whereas, Section 231 of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Municipal Council Regulation 2004 as amended from time to time casts a duty upon all residents of the Council who are suffering from any dangerous disease to not to willfully expose themselves, without proper precaution in any place of public resort.
Many cases of this disease remain asymptomatic, but infectious causing the further spread of the disease. Therefore, societies /buildings /complex /chawls, mentioned in the order have been declared as containment zones on the dates mentioned against their names.
