Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Union Territory Division), New Delhi, dated 08th October 2020.
As per the said order, in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (Merger of Union territories) Act, 2019 (44 of 2019), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order in respect of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, namely:– 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This Order may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (Adaptation of State Law and Presidential Regulations) Order, 2020. (2) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
