Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No.ADM/LAW/CORONAVIRUS/06/2020/1157, Silvassa dated 20.04.2020 issued by the District Magistrate, DNH, (Law Section), UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide the Order, due to increased number of cases of COVID-19, the Central Government further extended the lockdown till 03rd May 2020, to contain the spread and local transmission of the said virus.
Therefore, in view of the above and exercise of the power conferred in Order No. 403/2020-DM-I(A), dated 15.04.2020 of the Union Home Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, The District Magistrate, DNH, hereby Order that the following Standard Operating Procedure for Social Distancing for Offices, Workplaces, Factories and Establishments shall be followed by all the concerned establishment.
1. All the Industries which are permitted to operate in Dadra & Nagar Haveli shall work only with the labours and employees in DNH. No Employees / Labourers from the areas outside of Dadra & Nagar Haveli are allowed..........TO VIEW THE ORDER PLEASE CLICK HERE.
