Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Order No. COL/DMN/EST/2022-231/2951, dated 23.06.2022, issued by Office of the Collector & District Magistrate, Daman, U. T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide order, Tapasya Raghav, lAS, District Magistrate, Daman, has issued the order, regarding selling and using coloured and ordinary polythene bags and other single-use plastic items and consuming Pan Masala/ Gutkha etc. at the beaches of Daman District.
The issued orders are as under:
