Your association SIMA is pleased to inform you that IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing Online Talk on "Employee Engagement and Productivity in WFH Times?".

The Talk will emphasise on:

1.How to manage employee productivity given the macro challenges – this covers

Goal Setting,
Performance Management,
Managing Employee Insecurities,
WFH challenges often resulting in lower productivity

2.Getting teams together in a WFH environment and keeping people aligned and engaged.

3.Handling sharper difference between those who can think of traditional careers and those who have to think more of jobs/skills.
