Your association SIMA is in receipt of a Notification No.TPS/107(53)/97/10 Dated on 29/05/2018 which has been issued by Town & Country Planning Department, UT Administration of D&NH, Silvassa.The said notification is forwarded herewith for your kind information.
Vide the notification it is notified that in partial modification of the Notification and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 140(2) Y of the Goa,Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act,1974(Act 21 of 1975) as extended to the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli vide Notification No.GSR-749(E) dated 30/10/1984 by Ministry of Home Affairs,Govt. of India and made applicable from 01/12/1990 vide Notification No.ADM/LAW/ATP/108(7)/90 dated 29/11/1990,the Administrator of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli is pleased to notify the road stretches from Urban Arterial road to State Highway in UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
The stretches of the road notified as State Highway are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
