Notification for further amendments in Central Goods and Services Tax Rules.

Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Notification No. 40/2021 - Central Tax, dated 29/12/2021, issued by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, New Delhi, Government of India.
Vide the notification, the Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, has made the following rules further to amend the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:
1. Short title and commencement. -
(1) These rules may be called the Central Goods and Services Tax (Tenth Amendment) Rules, 2021.
