The scanned copy of the circular is enclosed herewith.

Industrial activities release toxic chemicals & particles into the air. Its concentrations are increasing & becoming bad to worse in industrial estate areas with large number of manufacturing industries. Emissions from vehicles also contribute to poor air quality. High concentrations of harmful gases and particles in our atmosphere negatively affects the health of humans, animals and plants. It also cause temperatures to rise, thereby causing climate change.

Trees are the answer for air pollution & climate change besides other pollution abatement & mitigation measures. The cheapest way to arrest emissions & environmental damage is to plant more trees & create green belt/cover around the industries.
