Introduction of Self-Certification-cum-Consolidated Annual Return" Scheme

We are pleased to inform you that, department of Labour and Employment, Administration of UT’s of D.D & Dadra Nagar Haveli has introduced a “ Self-Certification-cum-Consolidated Annual Return” Scheme in Dadra Nagar Haveli by which the unnecessary harassment to industrial establishment shall be minimized and this shall also ensure effective compliance of Labour Law.
The Scheme is introduced to streamline the functioning of the Commissioner of Labour. This scheme shall also help the Administration for effective implementation of various labour laws implemented by the Labour Commissioner, Chief Inspector of Factories and Chief Inspector of Boiler and at the same time the scheme shall also facilitate the employer.
The scanned copies of the Resolution, Procedures & Annexure to be filled as per the scheme are enclosed herewith for your information.
On behalf of SIMA, we congratulate the Administration for taking such initiative whereby the harassment to the industries will be minimize and all the labour laws and provisions of Factory Act and other laws shall be implemented in its true letter and spirit. This will also create every conducive environment and relationship between Administration and employer.
We hereby extend our thanks to our Hon’ble Administrator, Hon’ble Secretary to Industry and department of Labour & Employment for introduction of such liberalized and simplified procedure.
We hope that Hon’ble Administrator Shri Ashish Kundraji shall continue such endeavor and simplified the Guide lines, policies and procedures in other departments of DNH also.
