Illegal recovery of FPPCA-HT in the bill of December 2015 by DNHPDCL
Dear all,
We are enclosing the scanned copy of the legal notice which has been issued by our lawyer to DNHPDCL.
Accordingly as per guidance of our lawyer, DNHPDCL is not entitled to recover FPPCA - HT charge which has been demanded in the invoice of December 2016. The demand of FPPCA-HT by DNHPDCL for the period 2012 to 2015 under any head itself is in violation as per the interim order passed by Hon'ble Commission.
In spite of this, if DNHPDCL insist for the payment of FPPCA- HT in December 2015 bill, you are requested to pay the said amount under protest with right to agitate against the issue and recover the amount with interest of FPPCA-HT which has been charged illegally and in violation by DNHPDCL.
You are requested to go through the letter of our learned lawyer and act accordingly. For any query please feel free to contact your association SIMA.
