Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Gazette Notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department, New Delhi on dated 24.01.2020.
In exercise of the powers conferred by article 240 of the Constitution, Hon’ble President of India is pleased to promulgate the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Regulation, 2020.
In the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 1, in sub-section (2), for the words "Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu", the words "Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu" shall be substituted.
