Draft Code on Wages (Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu) Rules, 2026 by UT Administration
Dear all,
The Department of Labour & Employment, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has published the Draft Code on Wages (Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu) Rules, 2026 under the Code on Wages, 2019, inviting objections and suggestions from stakeholders. The draft rules have been notified under Section 67 of the Code on Wages, 2019 and will be considered after the expiry of 45 days from the date on which the Official Gazette is made available to the public.
All member industries are requested to review the draft rules and submit their objections/suggestions, if any, to the following:
