Declaration of special allowance under the Minimum Wages Act

Your association is enclosing herewith the scanned copy of the Notification No. LEO/MWA/SA/564/2015, dtd: 20/05/2015 issued by Deputy Secretary (Labour), Labour Department, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
The Department has issued the notification by which the special allowance and minimum wages are revised under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. The minimum wage is enhanced w.e.f. for the period of 01/04/2015 to 30/09/2015.
