Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Consent Letter for using Oxygen Concentrator on the returnable basis from Maa Foundation, Bilakhia Cricket Stadium, Muktanand Marg, Chala, Vapi, Gujarat 396191.
Maa Foundation is providing an Oxygen Concentrator for the COVID patients, with the capacity of maximum 5 Litres/minute > 90% V/V Oxygen concentration, it will be provided on returnable basis for 15 days.
