Circular issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, DNH regarding employing Foreign National !!!
Dear all,
Your association is in receipt of a Circular issued by No. ADM/GNL/ MISC/62/2012/1886, dated 09/08/2018 issued by Ms. Soumya, IAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The scanned copy of the Circular is enclosed herewith.
Vide the Circular, it is stated that, Administration has noticed that various industries of the territory are employing Foreign Nationals either on Contract / Visiting basis.
In this regards, Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli instructed all the industries of the Dadra & Nagar Haveli while employing a Foreign National directly / indirectly shall ensure that such official /person is holding a valid work permit.
Hence all the colleague industries are requested to comply the same.
