Your association SIMA is pleased to inform you that, Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) is organizing a CAMP CUM AWARENESS PROGRAM ON Notified Guidelines to Regulate and Control Ground Water Extraction in INDIA wef 24.09.2020.
The virtual meeting on this issue is scheduled on 03.11.2020 at 04:00 PM.
As you all are aware that CGWA, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Dept. of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, New Delhi has issued Notified Guidelines to Regulate and Control Ground Water Extraction in INDIA wef 24.09.2020. The guidelines have been published in the Gazette of India for its pan India implementation. Micro and Small Enterprises drawing groundwater less than 10,000 Ltr/day shall be exempted from seeking No Objection Certificate for groundwater extraction.
