Business Session with Adani Hazira Port Pvt Ltd. on 10th March 2015 at Kamat, Silvassa

Please refer our earlier email dated 1st March 2015, the said email is attached here-in-under.
As per the email, it was informed that, Adani Port and SEZ Ltd has proposed to organized an interaction session on 10th March 2015, at Silvassa from 4:00 pm onwards.
The Agenda of the meet and detail of the seminar has already been sent to you vide said mail dated 1st March 2015.
Now, we are in receipt of the invitation for the Business Session from Adani Hazira Port Pvt Ltd. The copy of the said invitation is attached herewith.
So you are requested to attain the Business Session followed by High Tea on 10th March 2015 at Mantrana AC Hall Lotus Resort (Kamat), Naroli road Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
In the said Business Session the representation of Adani Hazira Port Pvt Ltd shall update the industries of DNH about the infrastructure & facilities developed by them at Hazira Port. They will also update about the business advantage for the industries of DNH, if their Imports & Exports activities are switch over to Hazira Port.
As we know that, at present Hazira is the nearest port for our territory, so if industries of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, switch over their Import & Export activities to Hazira Port the industries can save logistical cost, can have better control of EXIM Movement and can optimize the supply chain.
So all the fellow industries of DNH, who are interested to Import and Export raw material & finished goods from Hazira Port are requested to attain the Business Session and take the advantage of the facilities developed at Hazira Port by Adani Hazira Port Pvt Ltd.

Dear All,
Vide our earlier email dated: 02.02.2015, it was informed that Adani Port and SEZ Ltd. has approached your association SIMA with proposal to provide service from their Hazira port to the industries, importers and exporters of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and South Gujarat. The soft copies of the said email along with profile of Adani Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd. (AHPPL) are attached herewith.
Now, Adani Port and SEZ Ltd. has proposed to organize an interactive session on 10th March 2015, at Silvassa from 4.30 p.m. onwards. The session will be of about two hours and shall be followed by Hi-tea.
The Agenda of the meet is, to update the trade about Hazira Port and business advantage for trade. It will also update about global Port Connectivity and services provided by Port. Along with Adani Hazira Port, service provider like transporters, CHAs and Shipping Line shall also participate in the meet.
The Adani Hazira Port will also have open discussion with the trade representative and shall address the queries of industries in respect of import and export of the material, concerns related to Port, Services and cargo handling.
As we the industries of Dadra & Nagar Haveli are aware that Hazira is nearer Port compare to Nhava Sheva JNPT Port of Mumbai and due to that it shall provide huge transport and logistics advantage.
So, it is felt that, if the industries of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, switch over their import and export activities to Hazira Port, the industries can save logistical cost, will have better control on EXIM movement and optimize their supply chain.
So, all the colleague industries who are either importing or exporting materials are requested to block 10th March 2015 evening time 4.30 p.m. to 6.30. p.m. for the said interaction session. Formal invitation along with details of venue and timings will be forwarded in due course.
We therefore, request you to take active participation in the interaction session and let us explore the possibility of saving logistical cost and get the other advantage and benefit by switching over import export activity from Hazira Port.
