As per the Public Notice, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4(1) (b) (xvi), Section 5(1) and Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the following officers are designated as the Appellate Authority and Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) within the jurisdiction of Central GST & Central Excise, Daman Commissionerate, with immediate effect, until further orders.
