Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a received Letter from the Federation of Industries Association Silvassa.
Vide the latter The Federation and Associations jointly appeal to all industrial establishments to proactive measures to safeguard the voting rights of employees, both directly and indirectly associated with your organization.
1. Comprehensive Planning: Ensure that no eligible voter, regardless of their location, is deprived of their fundamental right and duty to vote.
2. Leave and Absence: If an employee requires leave or absence to cast their vote, ensure that they do not suffer any wage loss on the day of voting.
3. Employee Motivation: Encourage all employees to exercise their democratic rights by casting their votes. It is not only a privilege but also a responsibility.
