Dear all,

Your association is enclosing herewith the three attachments, which give information on three different issues.

1. As we are aware that, U/s 12(4) of the Dadra & Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation Act 2012, delimitation of new wards of the Group Gram Panchayat and District Panchayat has been carried  out on the basis of  latest Census. The said notification of the formation of the new delimited 20 Group Gram Panchayats and 20 District Panchayats is attached herewith. Accordingly now in Dadra & Nagar Haveli apart from Silvassa Muncipal Area, there are 20 Goup Gram Panchayats in the territory and accordingly 20 District Panchayats seats also formed.

2. We are pleased to informed you that, Shri Umesh Kumar, I.A.S. has recently joined to our Administration and,  under the order No. 1/6/93/PER/Part-II/469, dtd:14/05/2015 with effect from  13th May 2015 he has been posted as Secretary Education of UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Apart from Secretary Education, he will also hold additional charge of other departments as mentioned in the said order. So, you are requested to take note of this.

3. Shri J.P. Agrawal, I.A.S. who was posted as Secretary (Finance & Accounts) vide order dtd: 22/04/2015, now vide order no. 1/6/93-PER/Part-II/465, dtd: 14/05/2015 his substantive charge may be read as Finance Secretary, DD and DNH.
