Transfers and reallocation of the charges incumbents working in Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Dear all,

This to inform you that, recently many orders of transfers have been issued by Ministry of Home  Affairs, Government of India, and in continuation  to these orders, Hon'ble Administrator, DD & DNH has issued several orders under which the  IAS/DANICS incumbents working in DD and DNH are either transferred or  their charges are reallocated.

As per the orders of  Ministry of Home affair, Government of India, New Delhi, Hon'ble Administrator, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli has relieved Smt Mitali Namchoon, IAS and Shri J. P. Agrawal, IAS. from the Administration of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

Hon'ble Administrator Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli has also relieved Shri. Tanvir Ahmed, DANICS and Shri Lekh Raj, DANICS, from the Administration of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

Hon'ble Administrator Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli has transferred and/or reallocated the charges of the following IAS/DANICS incumbents working in the Administration of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. In this sequence

1. Shri Vikram Singh Malik, IAS, Collector, Diu is transferred and posted as Finance Secretary, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. In addition to his own duties, he will also hold the various additional charges as mentioned in the order no. 1/6/93-PER/Part-II/1492 dated 18/07/2016.

2.  Shri J.B. Singh, IAS, Development Commissioner, Daman & Diu and D&NH shall look after the charge of Secretary (Panchayati Raj Institute), Daman & Diu and DNH in addition to his own duties.

3. Shri Gaurav Singh Rajawat, IAS, Collector, DNH shall look after the charge of Chairperson, Police Complaint Authority, Daman & Diu and DNH.

4. Shri P.S. Jani, (JAG-I), DANICS, Joint Managing Director, OIDC, Daman & Diu and DNH is transferred and posted as Collector , Diuand in addition to his own duties, he will also hold the additional charges as Additional Commissioner, Diu (Excise and VAT), Additional Director, Diu (Information & Publicity, Archives & Archaeology, Education, General Administration & Protocol, Transport, Tourism and Civil Aviation) and Chief General Manager, OIDC, Diu.

5. Shri Kishor Kumar Bhalla, DANICS Deputy Secretary (Co-Operation), DNH is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Diu with immediate effect.

6. Shri Seju P. Kuruvilla, Director of Education, DNH, shall also hold the additional charge of Director, Daman & Diu (Education, Technical & Higher Education and Skill  Development) and Joint Secretary (Education), Daman & Diu.

7. Smt. Charmie Parekh DANICS General Manager, OIDC, Daman shall also hold the additional charge of Dy. Commissioner (Excise), Daman & Diu in addition to her own duties, thereby relieving Shri Karanjit P. Vadodaria, DANICS from additional charge.

8. Shri Padmakar Ram Tripathi DANICS, Dy. Secretary (Home), DNH shall hold the additional charge of Deputy Secretary, DNH (Health, PWD, Taxation, Information & Publicity, Transport and Co-operation) and Deputy Director, DNH (Municipal Election and Panchayat Election) in addition to his own duties, thereby relieving Shri Kishor Kumar Bhalla, DANICS from additional charge.

9.  Shri Nitin Kumar Jindal DANICS Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, DNH shall hold the additional charge of Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Karad,  in addition to his own duties and he is further designated as Staff Officer to Administrator and In charge of Monitoring Cell in Administrator’s Office, Daman & Diu and Dadra &Nagar Haveli in addition to his own duties.  He shall be responsible to assist the Administrator in monitoring all the issues that are related to Central Sector and UT Schemes, Aadhar, DBT and PFMS and important projects of various department of Daman & Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli and any other work assigned by the Administrator from time to time.

All these transfers and reallocation of the charges have been effected vide the various orders issued by Hon'ble Administrator Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The said order nos are.  1/272/93-PER/Vol.V/Part-II/1489 dated: 18.07.2016, order no. 1/6/93-PER/Part-II/1490 dated: 18.07.2016, order no. 1/272/93-PER/Vol.V/Part-II/1488 dated 18/07/2016, order no. 1/6/93-PER/PART-II/1492 dated 18/07/2016, order no. 1/6/93-PER/Part-II/1491 dated 18/07/2016, order no.1/272/93-PER/Vol.V/Part-I/1486 and order no. 1/272/93-PER/Vol.V/Part-I/1487.
