Training Programme by PCC, DD and DNH to initiate Consent & Authorization Management through OCMMS

Your association is in receipt of a letter dated 13/03/2018 issued by Member Secretary, Pollution Control Committee, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The scanned copy of the letter is enclosed herewith.
We would like to inform you that, Pollution Control Committee, DD & DNH have initiated one more step in line of Ease of Doing Business by launching Online Consent Management & Monitoring System (OCMMS) to enhance the efficiency of functioning of PCC and to ensure transparency in the Governance.
Online Consent Management & Monitoring System (OCMMS) will facilitate the industries to apply for Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consolidated Consent & Authorization (CCA) online and CTE/ CCA order can also be received online. The entrepreneur can also track the movement of their files through OCMMS.
In this regards a prior to initiate Consent & Authorization Management through OCMMS a training programme is organized by the Pollution Control Committee, DD & DNH along with, NIC Delhi, MoEF & CC for representatives of industries & Hotel units of UT of DD & DNH.
The training programme is scheduled on 18th March 2018 in the Conference Hall, Circuit House, Silvassa from 10.30 AM onwards.
Colleague industries are hereby requested to depute concern person from their unit to understand the new system and also to learn about the online submission of the application for Consent & Authorization through OCMMS.
