- 02/2017-GST, dtd: 18/09/2017, Time limit for submitting the declaration in Form GST TRAN -1 is extended till 31stOctober 2017 under Rule 120A of Central Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017.
- 03/2017-GST, dtd: 21/09/2017, Time limit for submitting the declaration in Form GST TRAN -1 is extended till 31stOctober 2017 under Rule 117 of Central Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017
- 04/2017-GST, dtd: 29/09/2017, Time limit for intimation of details of stock held on the date preceding the date from which the option for composition levy is exercised in Form GST CMP-03 is extended till 31st October 2017.
- Notification No. 35/2017-Central Tax, dtd: 15/09/2017, Last date of filing of return in Form GSTR -3B for the month of August 2017 to December 2017.
