The Three New Labour Codes.

As you all are aware that recently Parliament passed the three labour code bills – the Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions Code, 2020; the Industrial Relations Code, 2020; and the Code on Social Security, 2020 – merging 24 central labour laws in a major boost to labour reforms.
The three new Labour Codes coves 50 crore workers from the organized, unorganized and self-employed sector. In this regards, your association SIMA is forwarding herewith the AEPC's Evaluation on these new Labour Codes to know the key features of the bills.
