The consent fees under the Water Prevention and Control of Pollution.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Order No. PCC/DDD/OCMS(Part-I)/2018-19/139, dated 18/08/2022, issued by the Pollution Control Committee, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide the order, all the entrepreneurs are directed to submit consent fees under Water Act/Air Act through the Online Payment Gateway only through the OCMMS portal (https://ddnocmms.nic.in). It has also been informed that the consent fees under Water & Air Act through Demand Draft will not be accepted in the office of the Pollution Control Committee.
