With reference to the Notification No. DNH/SMC/BYELAWS/02/2019 issued by Silvassa Municipal Council (SMC) for handling of Solid Waste Management dated 09/10/2019. Here by Silvassa Municipal Council (SMC) had sought Suggestion and Objection in respect of Ban on several Plastic Items. Your association SIMA has filed  Suggestion/Objection for use of plastic as packaging by the industrial undertaking of the region  The copy of our representation is  enclosed herewith for your information.
