Your association is pleased to inform you that, Small and Medium Business Development Chamber of India (SME Chamber of India) is organizing Seminar on “Venture Capital Opportunities for SMEs and Start-ups " on 12th August 2015 at 5.30 P.M. at Hotel Sofitel, Mumbai. This Seminar will provide unique opportunity for SMEs to know more about the Procedures and Formalities to raise Venture Capital for new unique businesses, growth and expansion. SMEs will get an opportunity for interaction with VC Funds, HNIs, Consultants and Investment Bankers to explore the investment possibilities. This will also deliberate on Expectations of VC / Investors from SMEs, Evaluate the SMEs to qualify for funding / investments, Venture Capital Method with Multiple Financing System, preparation of viable Business Plan, Business Valuation & Legal Compliances, Understanding Exit Routes of Investors and Importance of Good Governance and Business Ethics to attract investment as well as exclusive opportunity to SMEs to present their business skills and investment requirements. The SMEs will get opportunity to present their business plans and proposals with prior registration.
The seminar is organized for Small and Medium Entrepreneurs and Start-ups who are looking for Venture Capital from Rs. 3 crore to 50 crore.
