Revision of License Fees Under Factories Act
Dear all,
SIMA in coordination with other association submitted a letter to the Chief Inspector of Factories and Boilers, Dadra & Nagar Haveli Administration, Silvassa. The scanned copy of the letter is attached herewith.
In the said letter, considering the view points of the industries, various objections and suggestions have been given and requested to reduce the fee structure as notified by Notification dated:04/08/2015 and also it is requested to reduce the penalty which is proposed to 25%.
