A Public Notice issued by Hon’ble Secretary, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (For the State of Goa and Union Territories), Gurugram regarding Petition No. 146/2025 & 147/2025.
Further to the public notice published on 22.05.2025, 29.05.2025 & 06.06.2025, All interested person(s)/stakeholders of the UT of DNH & DD are hereby informed that the public hearing shall be held on the following petition admitted by the Commission:
1. Petition No. 146/2025: Petition for approval of Business Plan for the MYT Control Period FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 for DNH and DD Power Corporation Limited under sections 61, 62 and 64 of the Electricity Act, 2003
2. Petition No. 147/2025: Truing up for FY 2023-24, Review of FY 2024-25 and ARR for MYT Control Period FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 and Tariff Revision Proposal for FY 2025-26 FY 2029-30 filed by DNH and DD Power Corporation Limited.
The aforesaid Petitions have been admitted as Petition No. 146/2025 & 147/2025 and are available on the Commission’s website i.e., www.jercuts.gov.in and also on the website of the Petitioner, i.e., www.dnhddpcl.in
Interested persons may give their suggestions/comments on the above petitions, in person/registered post addressed to – The Secretary, JERC (for the State of Goa & Union Territories) 3rd & 4th Floor, Plot No. 55-56, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Sector- 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015 or through e-mail at mail id: secy.jercuts@gov.in with a copy to Chief Engineer, DNH and DD Power Corporation Limited, Silvassa-396230 (email: dnhddpcl@gmail.com). The last date for inviting suggestions and comments is 24.06.2025.
