Revised Minimum Wages & Special Allowance
Dear all,
Your association is enclosing herewith, the scanned copy of the circular No.LEO/MWA/SA/04/2014-15 dated 01/01/2015, issued by Deputy Secretary (Labour). Vide said circular Hon'ble Administrator has Declared Minimum wages and Special Allowances, payable Under the Minimum Wages Act,1948".
By the said circular, revised Minimum Wages & Special Allowance has been declared which is applicable in UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli w.e.f. 1/10/2014 to 31/03/2015.
The said Minimum wages and Special Allowance are payable to the schedule employments under Minimum Wages Act, 1948
All of you are requested to please take note of same and ensure compliance at your end.
