Representation by Federation of Industries Association for Ease of Doing Business
Dear members,
From Federation of Industries Association Silvassa, a joint representation was submitted to Hon'ble Administrator, DD & DNH on 10.05.2016. The scanned copy of the said is attached herewith.
It is represented to Hon'ble Administrator that, the industries of DNH are passing through a very critical phase of recession. The industrial sector is facing the global competition and is struggling for their existence.
The Administration can help the industrial sector by implementing the "Ease of Doing Business” programme in its true letter and spirit so that, the industries can get the requisite permission in prescribe time limit and in very transparent manner.
It is also suggested that, proper online monitoring is required to ensure that, concern department / authority grant the required permission with less paper work and without any unwanted query.
In response of our representation Hon'ble Administrator has directed the concern departments to furnish their comments on the various points raised by Federation. The copy of the letter addressed to various departments of Administration by General Manager, District Industries Centre for this effect is also attached herewith.
The positive response and immediate action by Hon'ble Administrator on our representation is highly appreciated. We are sure that, under the leadership of Hon'ble Administrator, a system shall be worked out by which the "Ease of Doing Business" programme shall be implemented effectively.
