Dear all,
As you all are aware that, the UT Administration has requested to register under the Tripartite Agreement to all the industries of DNH & DD. We are very much thankful to the Industries who have already registered with MSTC and OIDC for disposal of the scrap generated in their respective units. But still, many of the industries of DNH & DD have not executed the Tripartite Agreement and have still not registered.
This is to inform you that, the Stamped Copy of the Tripartite Agreement is also available at, Labour Office, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. So, you can also collect the Stamped Tripartite Agreement from Labour Department.
Tripartite Agreement which is to be executed on Rs.100/- Stamp Paper for sale of scrap through OIDC and MSTC by E-auction.
