Dear all,
In continuous to our earlier email dated 17/11/2014, regarding Regional Advisory Committee constituted by Office of the Commissioner Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax, Vadodara Zone for the Block year 2014-15.
Your association has appealed to fellow industries to send their problems, objections, suggestions in respect of any of issue pertaining to Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax. The first meeting of RAC for Block year 2014-15 has been fixed on 9th December 2014.
Your association is pleased to inform you that, Shri Chandrakant M Parekh, President, Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association has been nominated on the said Regional Advisory Committee. You are once again requested to send your problems, objections, suggestions, so that we can represent our problems before the appropriate forum.
You are requested to send your problems, objections and suggestion in respect of any of issue pertaining to Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax to your association Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association before 5th December 2014, so that your association can compile and file a representation before the appropriate forum.

Dear all,
We are enclosing herewith the scanned Trade Notice No. 01/2014, dated: 12/11/2014 by Additional Commissioner (CCO), Office of the Chief Commissioner, Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax, Vadodara Zone.
Vide the said notice the Office of the Commissioner Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax, Vadodara Zone has constituted a Regional Advisory Committee for Organized Sector & SSI Sector for Vadodara Zone - for the Block year 2014-15.
We are pleased to inform you that President of Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association has been nominated on the said Regional Advisory Committee. It is proud for the territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, that one of our colleague has been nominated through whom we can raise our problem before the appropriate forum.
The first meeting of RAC for Block year 2014-15 has been fixed on 9th December 2014, so all colleague industries fellow are hereby requested to forward their problem, objections, suggestions in respect of any of issue pertaining to Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax.
You are requested to send your problems and issues on/or before 30th November 2014, so that all the issues and suggestions can be send to the concern RAC to include in agenda points.
