RAC Meeting - Central Excise
Dear all,
We are in receipt of a letter no. IV/16-27/CCO/T/2015, dated 06.11.2015 from Office of the Chief Commissioner, Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax, Vadodara Zone. The scanned copy of the letter is enclosed herewith.
The next RAC meeting is scheduled to be held on 18th December 2015. The Department has requested to send any points which can be discussed in the next RAC meeting on 18th December 2015. As we have to forward the points to the department, you are requested to send any of your issues/problems and points, which are to be discussed in the meeting for their redressal, latest by 27.11.2015 to your association SIMA. On receipt of the issues/problems and points from your end, the same shall be forwarded to the Department to enable the Department to include the same in the agenda of the meeting for discussion and necessary action.
