Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Public Notice No. IP/DNH/188/2019, dated: 21.06.2019 issued by Silvassa Municipal Council, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa. The scanned copy is enclosed herewith.
As per the Notice under sub-section (1) & (2) of section 115 of the Dadra & Nagar Haveli Municipal Council Regulation, 2004, extensive door to door survey for assessment of property was carried out in Silvassa Municipal area by the Silvassa Municipal Council.
It is also informed that, the assessment list consisting all the information about your property was published & made available to you. A public notice was published for information the availability of Assessment list in the office of Silvassa Municipal Council & on Council’s website www.smcdnh.nic.in. In addition to this a private notice was served each and every property owner/occupier for assessment purpose. In case if you have not received private notice, you may contact council's office or download the notice from department website.
